Defective or non-working keys
If a license key doesn't activate and our support team can't resolve it, we'll issue a replacement key or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Change of mind
Because keys are revealed immediately on purchase, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once a key has been delivered and viewed.
